While looking for vegan restaurants in Palermo, we were lucky to have chosen La Casa di Francesco, we ate well with fresh and healthy food, the owners were very kind... and the biscuits they let us taste were excellent, perfect for our needs (vegan, gluten-free), made with buckwheat and chocolate chips. without exaggerating this was on of the best meals I've had in a restaurant! I was able to choose from a few dishes and get a mixed plate with 90%vegetarian and lot of vegan and also gluten free options. vegetables are seasoned very deliciously and the pasta with ricotta and almonds tasted like heaven. an absolute gem. the owners were also very friendly and its a cute place very close to the main street which offers a quiet calm down atmosphere. coffe with oatmilk tasted great also:) couldnt have left happier
