Good morning, we went for breakfast because it includes a "gluten-free option," but to our surprise, it's just a label. Let me explain: gluten-free toast is toasted in the same toaster as the wheat-containing toast. There is a gluten-free cake option, but it's baked in the same oven and shares the same space and display case as the regular cakes, so the crumbs from the rest come into contact with the "gluten-free" option—in other words, cross-contamination.* This is a new term for those who don't understand and are just following trends. I imagine the cutting utensils will be the same for everyone, given that the toaster is shared and "gluten-free" products are so deliberately cross-contaminated. It's great to be specific about something, as in this case, the world of coffee, with its techniques and rituals, but if you offer something as delicate as the world of gluten-free, you should prepare yourself just as you take care of the details of coffee, otherwise, offer an ordinary breakfast within your knowledge. *I encourage the owner and staff to receive training on this* if they are going to continue offering this service. Because an intolerant person may be overlooked, even causing discomfort, but an allergic person may experience signs and life-threatening issues. **** Thank you very much!

❌ For people with celiac disease, this isn't a place that takes care to avoid cross-contamination. They toast the bread in the same oven as the gluten-containing bread. ❌ And the cake they claim to be gluten-free comes into contact with the rest of the gluten-containing cakes, which is completely contaminated. It's not separated, nor does it have a specific urn or utensils for cutting it. THEY PROVIDE FAKE GLUTEN-FREE SERVICE. ✅ For people without restrictions, this is a wonderful, high-quality place. They really know their coffee, and the quality of the rest of the products is really good.
