Fabulous experience. By far the best Italian food I’ve had in the states. Their beef carpaccio took me back to Florence, Italy! We loved the atmosphere and every aspect of our meal. We dined for Charlotte Restaurant Week and loved trying out some of their specials as well. Their pasta was flawless, perfectly cooked with sauces that held up well. I’m sadly gluten free (celiac) and was thrilled to choose from any pasta, besides one. Most places in Charlotte feature one overcooked pasta substitute, but they provided many gluten free options that were served al dente. My partner got the elk secondi and it was some of the most tender meat we’ve ever had. The drinks were fantastic; dare I say the best old-fashioned in Charlotte? Truly exceptional. Our server was a woman with short hair and glasses- she was simultaneously generous and informative. Absolutely no notes for this place. I can’t wait to come back and highly recommend it!

Amazing food, knowledgeable staff. Get transported from Charlotte to a little spot in Italy for a few hours! Awesome gluten free pasta options. And delicious cocktails too!
