Fantastic bakery. As good as (and possibly even better than) non-gluten-free options. The cannoli are the best I’ve ever tasted!

Finally I review this place where I come every time I pass through Trieste. They have changed location for some time now, they are located in a slightly dislocated area, less convenient to reach (valmaura) if not by public transport, and in reality not very visible from the road. However, it is worth stopping by if you are looking for the bakery with the largest vegan and gluten-free selection in Friuli and Veneto. Furthermore, the cafeteria area is very well-kept and pleasant for a breakfast or an aperitif. The veg brioches with cream, pistachio cream, chocolate and empty are excellent: they are honeycombed and fragrant. The pain au chocolate is also really good, flaky and light. I also recommend the pizzas, perhaps to take away and eat while moving to the pier. I also recommend the cakes to order, for my birthday I had a millefeuille with cream, chocolate chips and strawberries. Everyone loved it, intolerant and not. Really really recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

Knowledgeable, kind and helpful staff. I ordered a sacher torte without eggs, butter and gluten for my friend who has intolerances, it was delicious and she enjoyed it very much! Thanks to all the staff
