Wonderful bakery. If you struggle with gluten, try their products. Good chance you won’t have any issues. Most American bread is poisoned with Roundup or with GMO flour. This is the cleanest bread you can get outside of Europe or Scandinavia. Nice people. Operating flour mills are right there also.

The pastries are fine. I hate to be super real but they’re mid at best and there is zero gluten free. It’s not that hard to have one or two gluten free options. Instead of normal drinks they offer slushies? Bakery does not open until 9. Never heard of such a late open for a bakery? Service was very cold and chaotic. No one was warm or friendly in the *slightest*. Everything is served ice cold and there is a communal microwave in the corner where you can heat things up yourself, lol. They add 25% gratuity unless you read the fine print as they rush you along in ordering—so watch what you’re doing. Each pastry is around $8. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. Indoor seating is INCREDIBLY limited.

This is hands down the best bakery in the Austin area. I’m gluten sensitive and can only really handle sourdough - well this is as good as it gets, and doesn’t upset my stomach. For those who can enjoy gluten with reckless abandon. - run don’t walk here!
