Ordered corn totollas due to a diners gluten intolerance but they were rolled in flour which defeated the purpose. I tipped well but ask them to please educate employees about celiac disease. This is something covered by food handlers briefly but is often put in short term memory to pass a test. Could have very well been disastrous if diner would have ingested a large amount. Just be sure to explain no contact with flour when ordering if gluten intolerant or celiac.
