They said everything is gluten free EXCEPT anything with the mole sauce in it (contains flour). I have celiac disease and I was completely fine after eating the carne asada tacos. They were sooooo good and the sauces were amazing, I can’t tell if I liked the verde or roja salsa better! Amazing small business ❤️

I have celiac's disease and I'm highly sensitive. It's awesome to find yummy Mexican food. I had the Gluten-free Flautas. They were delicious! I didn't have any reactions. I'm excited to go back and try different dishes.

We absolutely LOVE Adelita's! I'm so happy to have this little restaurant on Frankfort! I am gluten free and have tried the tostadas, elote callejero, tamales, and tacos! Everything I have tried has been 10/10 amazing! My only wish is that they had a larger space because we have had to order takeout when they are full (what a good problem to have). The staff has been amazing, so friendly and helpful with the menu. I also feel like the food is very well priced and portions are great but not overwhelming. This is a must try if you are looking for fresh mexican food!
