Generally, Blaze Pizza as a brand offers good product. However, this location is jarringly inferior to other options in the area. I tried this location once on 1/24/2025 and will not repeat my visit. Here's why: When I appeared on-time to collect my mobile order, my order showed on Blaze's app as already having been collected, so naturally I inquired with the staff. The staff proceeded to present me with what seemed like two-thirds of my order: two pizza boxes. I presented proof that I also ordered cheesy bread. To the staff's credit, the attendant made the cheesy bread for me reasonably well and quickly. I was thankful for this as Blaze was jam-packed and incredibly chaotic. I then went home confidently with what I thought was my order (given that Blaze Pizza had never done me wrong previously). When I got home, I realized that for some reason my two pizza boxes contained one pizza and one cheesy bread along with a cheesy bread box containing the cheesy bread I had the staff make. Neither I nor the staff caught a pizza box containing cheesy bread and not pizza. As for my one pizza, it was missing several toppings. So, I was shortchanged an entire pizza and my one pizza was incorrectly made. The value of the extra cheesy bread I mistakenly received was worth half that of a gluten-free pizza, so the extra cheesy bread mistake didn't begin to right any wrongs. To top it all off, I complained to Blaze Pizza that very night online and, one week removed, Blaze has clearly ghosted me. The very next day, my household got Blaze Pizza at another location where we didn't have problems and never have. This location is a poor reflection upon the brand and doesn't seem to be run responsibly at all.

Wow! As a gluten free eater I just got to feel like a normal person! Emmy's Detroit style GF pizza crust is legit. We had the Big Hawaiian and the flavors were so delicious!!! Definitely worth going out of your way for this GF pizza!

Best Thai food in Louisville! We always order the Thai Classic Peanut (you’re welcome! :) — the sauce is a heavenly peanut one served over veggies, rice and your choice of meat/tofu. This has been a hit for all guests I’ve invited to join me at Time 4 Thai. Along with the rice dish, the drunken noodles, pad see ew or pad Thai are always tasty. We also order the fresh rolls and a Thai iced tea. My sister has Celiac disease and they always are able to accommodate. Lastly, Youssra (yous-ra) is the sweetest server— ask for her! She truly is the best server and nicest person. She’s been home in Morocco for a bit, so we are excited to see her when she is back (should be about now). :)

I love Reuban sandwiches and they not only had it on their menu, but they also have gluten-free bread. (Win'win1😁) The sandwich was delicious. The fries were not hot. In fact, they were barely warm. I would try this restaurant again.

Doc Crow’s has the most number of reviews (+4,000 as of 4/2025) and they are all consistently high. Plus, I was in a hotel around the corner - definitely had to stop by. Ate at the bar. Great atmosphere - plenty of bourbon and beer for you to choose from. They have a dedicated gluten free menu - a photo is attached. All the meats and the obvious sides are okay - as are the wings. Got the wings and the ribs. I did politely ask if I could sample a small piece of brisket and was told my only option was to “order the sampler platter.” It’s great that they have that - but I’m not interested in sampling pulled pork or chicken. My preference is beef brisket and ribs. The ribs fell off the bone. The wings were good - nothing special. The baked beans were really good. The guy next to me was unhappy with the food, as he doesn’t like dry rub style and prefers lots of sauce, and he doesn’t like fatty brisket - they charge $2 for lean brisket and I guess he didn’t go for it. Again, I didn’t get to try the brisket and there is no ability to order just meat, and there are no 2 or 3 meat combo plates.

Rhonda was a great server attentive and quick to ask if we needed anything. The portions were generous and we received our food fast! The fried chicken and waffles were great! Also they had gluten free options which makes this a place we can go with all of our family! That was a really nice surprise!

Our waitress knew I was gluten free and she surprised me with a piece of their flourless chocolate torte, because it's gluten free and she wanted me to try it. So sweet! And so good.

The staff is great and they do an amazing job decorating their cakes! The cakes are so delicious and are a great price!! Loved that they were able accommodate our needs for a gluten free cake as well! Will definitely continue to order from them!

This was our first time at a Carrabbas in 20 years. Having Celiac I was impressed with how many gluten free options they had. I got the pollo Rosa Maria and it was very salty. The manager walked by and asked how our meal was and I mentioned it was great but over salted. I love salty food but even for me it was a lot. I was surprised that she comped my meal and offered to get me something else. I still ate most of it and used the mashed potatoes to cover up the saltiness. The ambiance and cleanliness was great! Our server didn’t seem like he liked his job very much and his tone made it sound like he was bored and didn’t love his job. My husband even cracked a joke about it after he took our order. All in all, I think we’ll go back again to try it out another time.

They said everything is gluten free EXCEPT anything with the mole sauce in it (contains flour). I have celiac disease and I was completely fine after eating the carne asada tacos. They were sooooo good and the sauces were amazing, I can’t tell if I liked the verde or roja salsa better! Amazing small business ❤️

It’s so disappointing that a restaurant of this caliber does not have gluten free substitutions. The menu looks great but with minor tweaks like gluten free linguini, gluten free bread or substituting the fried chicken for grilled would suffice. Only things gluten free were shrimp appetizers, salmon and a few sides. If im allergic to seafood then that eliminates all protein. More innovative efforts on the menu to mimic the consideration of similar restaurants around the country would be a great move. I won’t be back until those efforts are made.

I had a wonderful experience here last weekend! With Celiac disease it's sometimes hard to find a place that's safe for me to eat, but the server and the manager of Proof On Main both assured me of how seriously they take food allergies. It meant the world for the manager to take the time to speak with us. My meal was delicious and it was even better knowing that they care about food allergy safety! Next time I'm in the city we will definitely be back.

UPDATE* I have a severe gluten allergy. They gave me food with a pita on it so I brought it back to be remade. They kept me waiting on a bench for 15 minutes while they removed the pita from the original plate and gave the food back to me!! I know this is the original food because it’s ice cold from sitting in my fridge until I had a break to bring it back. They intentionally gave back the old food with cross-contamination and served it to someone they knew has a severe gluten allergy!!!! I did not realize this because I ate the salad before trying the chicken. This could hospitalize me or cause me to pass out unexpectedly. I have gluten ataxia and this could literally dissolve a part of my brain tomorrow. I absolutely want to be contacted by the owner because this could cause major harm and is unacceptable behavior for a restaurant. I’ve never seen anybody do this before it is outrageous. *** My order was messed up so I called them over the phone. The woman who took my call was rude and derogatory. “Honey, honey, honey, I’m working here. Don’t waste my time.” I’ve never been spoken to so poorly by any employee in any industry. I want to be contacted by the owner.

Not gluten free. We came here because everything on-line said their menu is Charly marked and that they have lots of options. This just isn't true. For example, the allergen sheet has French fries and sweet potatoe fries as gluten free, but the fryer is shared. This according to the manger. Also the only thing marked as gluten free on the menu is a gotten free bun... Do to the high risk of cross contamination, Do Not eat here if you are celiac. Otherwise enjoy the food. My wife was very happy with her meal and the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is comfortable and homey. Is recommend this place to anyone without an allergy.
