I ordered a gluten free sandwich. I got the GF bun, but they gave me a fried sandwich I could not eat. They made it right and gave me a grilled sandwich with the lettuce & tomato. I had to wait in the very busy drive through lanes again. I received what was rung up, but when the order taker seemed to know what I meant by gluten-free sandwich, we both assumed we knew what I wanted. All the staff had exceptional customer service and I know now to say GRILLED chicken. Chick-fil-A is one of the BEST places to get GF food because they have a dedicated fryer so Celiacs can eat the waffle fries without fear of gluten cross-contamination. AND they have a GF bun. AND the best lemonade around
