This place is Heaven in disguise! Not one bad thing here. I was very hesitant to try it because I am not vegetarian or vegan, but have celiac disease. The food and baked goods are amazing . If I lived closer, I’d be in there quite often. A must if you’re in the area. I drive 2.5 hours to eat here.
I have celiac disease, which is a SEVERE gluten allergy, and I have been to rapid fired many times. When I go in, I always let everyone know I have an allergy, and they make mine in the back to avoid cross contamination. That’s all fine and well, but I was told I could have a desert pizza gluten free, so I ordered that at least 5 different times. Turns out, the cinnamon topping has gluten in it!! If you’re wondering “why didn’t she notice?”, it’s because celiac reaction isn’t immediate. Anyways, if you or your loved ones have celiac, would not recommend this place. It’s so horrible when your allergy isn’t taken seriously. If I had a peanut allergy I wouldn’t be treated this way.
We always love Culver's! Great food & shakes 😋. I also love that they have gluten-free buns & a dedicated fryer for those with Celiac & gluten intolerance issues.
Great spot to get a filling, healthy meal! Almost everything is gluten-free, and everything we tried was delicious. The oil for the fries is safe from contamination, so both the steak & yucca fries are also gluten-free. The workers and owner were also all very friendly and helpful, and the owner greeted us and gave us the story of the restaurant and his food.
The line moved very quickly, and there was no wait for our food since they plate everything for you as you order. I highly recommend the family meals for groups- we each got a quarter of chicken, and a serving of sides, and it filled us all up.
Watching our chicken be taken off of the rack and quartered was fun to watch, as well, and they worked so fast to prepare our food!
We both enjoyed our meal. My wife was really excited to know they had gluten-free buns! Having that accommodation is helpful to her and so many others. The customer service was great and Jaylen was so kind!

We needed a quick good lunch so we decided to go to Culver's in Somerset KY. The employees there are wonderful so helpful and patient with our order. My sister needed gluten free and my mom and I just wanted a cheese burger meal. We all got what we wanted. Exactly what we needed and it was really good. I definitely give this Culver a 5 star.
I tried it today but definitely got glutened! I ordered a butter burger with a gluten free bun and a side salad. My tummy is VERY upset an hour or so after eating it😩😩😩
I ordered a gluten free sandwich. I got the GF bun, but they gave me a fried sandwich I could not eat. They made it right and gave me a grilled sandwich with the lettuce & tomato. I had to wait in the very busy drive through lanes again. I received what was rung up, but when the order taker seemed to know what I meant by gluten-free sandwich, we both assumed we knew what I wanted.
All the staff had exceptional customer service and I know now to say GRILLED chicken.
Chick-fil-A is one of the BEST places to get GF food because they have a dedicated fryer so Celiacs can eat the waffle fries without fear of gluten cross-contamination. AND they have a GF bun. AND the best lemonade around
Ordered 2 meals, both were wrong and the food came cold. Both burgers were overcooked, almost burned. The only thing good about the meal was the gluten-free bun. Would have taken it back, but it took so long to get our food we were starving when we got it. I immediately contacted your customer service office via the website, and have, of course, heard nothing back.
All of the young adults waiting on us were so polite. They were kind and efficient with all of the cars. I am gluten free and I am never worried about my food here. They keep everything separated. I always check and if there are any issues, they fix it promptly for me.
I have a granddaughter that has celiac's disease and is allergic to gluten but this is the only restaurant she can go to or they'll cook it separate so allergies don't fair up
The only local place I can go with my soy and gluten allergies. Always get the order right, fast and convenient. I appreciate the allergen friendly menu options.
MOD is and has been my favorite pizza place for years! Started going there when they opened up in Michigan and now moved here and get to keep enjoying it here and I'm so grateful! They have the best Gluten free crust and Vegan cheese pizza. Hands down my most highly recommended pizza place for Gluten free goers. You won't regret it!
Chick-fil-A is always fast, friendly, and oh-so-helpful. I have a very limited diet (gluten, dairy, and egg free) and they always go above and beyond to accommodate my allergy needs. My son begs for Chick-fil-A when asked where he would like to have lunch, and I don't feel as guilty taking him here as I would other "fast food" restaurants because of the healthy options available. The staff is polite and always ready to serve you with a smile. If only all fast food ran so smoothly...

Love this place! The staff are always friendly and helpful. Everything is always well stocked and looks fresh. Clean and tidy. Highly recommend for cooked fresh food, and they have gluten-free caulifolwer crust that is pretty tasty 😋 👌

Lady was very bubbly and fun to interact with, service was excellent and fast! Our food was ready within 5 mins of ordering and was absolutely delicious!
My grandmother got a low-carb/gluten-free bacon hamburger wrapped in Lettuce with fries. I got the regular bacon hamburger with cajun fries.

The food is always fantastic - that's a given, but I learned during this most recent visit they are happy to help with dietary restrictions - they have gluten free buns (and they were good!) And they put any ingredients you might be sensitive to on the side (for my husband to enjoy).
I want to commend the staff on duty Monday evening, October 14th for the fabulous job on my order. I have Celiac Disease and I love getting GF sandwiches here. They were very thorough cleaning their spaces and utensils so not to cross contaminate my food. I am sooo appreciative of the extra steps they took to ensure I didn't get sick from my meal. Plus, everyone was very friendly.
When I went it was almost closing time and they didn't have much left. But the customer service was great! She knew they were running low so when I asked for some rice she got some from the back. I will be coming back since I am right around the corner. Being gluten-free it is nice to have an option so close by.
One of my new favorite places. I feel they are very reasonably priced, with a good serving of food. Lots of gluten and wheat free options. They are able to accommodate all of my food allergies. Ordered a grilled chicken club on a gluten free bun. I asked that they toast the bun and make the sandwich the same as with a regular bun. They mentioned cross contamination and I let them know that It was not an issue. I asked them again to toast the bun and make the sandwich the same as they would with a regular bun. They refused and gave me the ingredients in a box to make the sandwich myself. The bun is separately sealed in a plastic bag. Un-toasted, cold, and no sauce. The fries were cold, stale, and had no salt. This is the first time I have been disappointed in Chick-fil-a anywhere across the country. This store does not deserve to wear the chick-fil-a badge!
I ordered the chicken bacon ranch on gluten free bread and it was delicious! The best gluten free sandwich I've had away from home. My kids also loved their gluten free sandwich with vegan cheese.
Great Cincinnati style chilli! Skyline is the best. Wish they would open one closer to home. Several good gluten free options including the Coney Bowl and an awesome Greek salad.

We LOVE Jersey Mike's but the amount of time it takes to receive food is unacceptable. We ordered online in the hopes of getting in and out quickly because we had somewhere else to be. Unfortunately this is not the first time that we've had to wait an hour for an online order.
This needs to be made right. Waiting an hour for an order for 4 people at a fast food restaurant is unacceptable. It totally defeats the purpose of "ordering online." There was no communication as to why it was taking so long. I understand they may be short staffed but then make the decision to stop taking online orders. We watched many other customers go through the line before our order was even looked at.
Again we love Jersey Mike's and used to have a good experience every time we went. This is one of my favorite places to eat as someone with celiac, I can always eat safely without concern. They take allergies seriously which I will always appreciate. The workers used to be lovely & incredibly helpful as well as efficient.
Really at the end of the day as a customer: just don't order this to go cause there's nothing convenient about it. 👍🏻
