I have been here multiple times and literally never disappointed. I am celiac and extremely sensitive and I can eat anything here with no reaction and my non celiac family enjoys it too. My only complaint is I’m not in the area enough.
The food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly as well as knowledgeable. It's a rare thing for a restaurant to have a dedicated fryer for those with celiac.
Excellent pizza with made from scratch crust, and hands down the best gluten- free crust I've ever had! They have a unique topping list, featuring home grown veggies, homemade sauces and several cheese options, including dairy free cheese. Great breakfast too! A must visit when in the area!
This was lovely. As a human with gluten intolerance it gets old feeling like I have to apologize for asking what the ingredients are and explaining why and what half the time in restaurants. Here, everything is clearly marked, our waiter asked about preferences right up front and was able to say what menu items to avoid and how other menu items could be easily modified. He was fantastic. The food and cocktails were delicious as was the ambience.
This place is Heaven in disguise! Not one bad thing here. I was very hesitant to try it because I am not vegetarian or vegan, but have celiac disease. The food and baked goods are amazing . If I lived closer, I’d be in there quite often. A must if you’re in the area. I drive 2.5 hours to eat here.
We love Revival coffee! Not only is it a great local coffee spot with delicious coffee, snacks, and dishes, but also it is our favorite gluten free treat spot! They make delicious desserts and donuts all gluten free. Best of all, they are a local owned, Christian business. Taste and see the Lord is good!

Wow! As a gluten free eater I just got to feel like a normal person! Emmy's Detroit style GF pizza crust is legit. We had the Big Hawaiian and the flavors were so delicious!!! Definitely worth going out of your way for this GF pizza!
This is definitely my favorite location. Kaitlyn is the sweetest most angelic server to ever exist and she was very accommodating with my gluten sensitivity!
When my dad and I first walked in, the staff were very kind and helpful when it came to ordering off of the menu. They had gluten free bread for the sandwiches and they had a flourless gluten free cake (which was delicious).
I highly recommend this cute little restaurant!

This is a chain taco place in the lobby of a MOXY hotel (Marriott?). Food is good. Order from kiosk. Big bar. Hip modern trendy interior to match hotel.
Got breakfast tacos - corn tortillas, gluten free gf per server. Got one of each of the two kinds, they were both good.
$5 per taco is a bit much as the portions are small. Not the best value for money, but good stuff.
This place has delicious donuts AND chicken salad. I’m so glad we have this option here. You can get gluten free donuts on certain days of the week, too!
Loved this cute local bakery! The particular products I bought, not so much. Macaroons, very dry, too sweet, and pricey. Gluten/Vegan cupcakes frosting tasted like a chemical factory. So disappointing as I like to support local business.
We both enjoyed our meal. My wife was really excited to know they had gluten-free buns! Having that accommodation is helpful to her and so many others. The customer service was great and Jaylen was so kind!
Great chain of restaurants but using the link for directions thru Google Maps on the Jason’s Deli app you will never find it if you are not familiar with the area. You must go near Shelbyville Road to find it. Google Sesrch page has the right direction but not from the link on Jason’s Deli. Use Google to search for the right location. If they tell you to go right behind Chipotle on Williamsburg Place you won’t find it. Good food for Celiacs and Dairy free but Google needs to fix their maps.

We ordered to go from Uber Eats. It was incredibly fast and picking up the order was easy. I got a gluten free chocolate turkey sandwich and my husband got an everything breakfast sandwich and potato pancakes. We also got two iced coffees, which are pretty big, so I think we got what we paid for!
The gluten free bagel was a little tough, but it was overall delicious. I was pleasantly surprised that they still had them available an hour before closing. We will definitely eat here again when we’re in the area!
Doc Crow’s has the most number of reviews (+4,000 as of 4/2025) and they are all consistently high. Plus, I was in a hotel around the corner - definitely had to stop by. Ate at the bar. Great atmosphere - plenty of bourbon and beer for you to choose from.
They have a dedicated gluten free menu - a photo is attached. All the meats and the obvious sides are okay - as are the wings. Got the wings and the ribs.
I did politely ask if I could sample a small piece of brisket and was told my only option was to “order the sampler platter.” It’s great that they have that - but I’m not interested in sampling pulled pork or chicken. My preference is beef brisket and ribs.
The ribs fell off the bone. The wings were good - nothing special. The baked beans were really good. The guy next to me was unhappy with the food, as he doesn’t like dry rub style and prefers lots of sauce, and he doesn’t like fatty brisket - they charge $2 for lean brisket and I guess he didn’t go for it. Again, I didn’t get to try the brisket and there is no ability to order just meat, and there are no 2 or 3 meat combo plates.
The food here is great! Decent bourbon menu along with friendly staff. An added bonus is that the pizza taste just as good left over and reheated! Definitely worth the money! The menu is also very gluten free friendly, my wife is has celiacs and she says that they have the best gluten free pizza around!
Rhonda was a great server attentive and quick to ask if we needed anything. The portions were generous and we received our food fast! The fried chicken and waffles were great! Also they had gluten free options which makes this a place we can go with all of our family! That was a really nice surprise!

The food was lackluster, my tacos were dry, and the flavors were just ok. The service was absolutely minimal, a little snippy at the register and food delivery was fine. The atmosphere is loud, and kinda worn out but clean. I thought this place was great when it opened. I went every week, but I became gluten intolerant and they only have 3 tacos that I can eat, so I've only come back a couple of times. Both visits in the last year were like this so I feel fine saying that it's mediocre.
Writing this review for our server, Will. He was very attentive in our needs, especially for Carol who has a Gluten allergy. He helped her with the menu and explained everything in detail. He insured that she received what she asked for and made sure everything was not contaminated for her. He took very good care of our table and made sure we had everything we needed. Please give him a raise because you have a gold mine working for you that really cares for the customer. Please tell him thank you again from Carol, Walt, Jennie and Greg.
Millie helped me figure out what I could eat that was gluten and dairy free! Don never stopped hustling back and forth making sure everyone had what they needed, and Sophia chatted with us while we waited for our fantastic food! My husband said the club sandwich plus the blueberry bagel flown in from NY was delicious! We were from NC and will definitely go back when we are in BG this fall!
When I read that, they serve gluten-free biscuits, I had to check out this coffee shop while visiting family in the area.- I am so glad that I did. My husband and I both enjoyed the coffee, and he got a regular croissant, and I had the gluten-free biscuit. Both were great. They also have a few other gluten-free pastry items, but we went on our way out of town early Monday morning, so the biscuits were the only thing available at that time. I'm definitely ready to try other gluten-free items next visit.
I love Reuban sandwiches and they not only had it on their menu, but they also have gluten-free bread. (Win'win1😁) The sandwich was delicious. The fries were not hot. In fact, they were barely warm. I would try this restaurant again.
The use of the building is pretty cool. Bar is hidden somewhat from main dining area. Food presentation is cool. Had the eggs to start. They were vey good with a tangy taste. Ordered a poutine to split. Came out in a large bowl. Unfortunately the burnt ends were laden with nothing but salt and made this inedible. Sent it back and it was replaced with cornbread at no charge( nice call on management to make things right). The cornbread was good but not to my liking. No sweetness of corn or even a hint of it mostly cornmeal taste. I felt like I was eating Bobs Red Mill gluten free product and was turned off. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes were the highlight especially the gravy. Both well done. Our waitress was younger and absent most of the meal but could be seen hanging out behind the wall at the bar area. I would return if back in the area to try again.
Bamboo can take all my money. Just take it. Their gluten free donuts are to die for. I think about them all the time. They’re so crunchy and delicious. And their coffee and matcha… wow. I had their pandan coffee which is one of their summer flavors. I didn’t know what pandan was. Well I love it.
We loved our location in Georgetown and wish they would come back! Great gluten-free options including pancakes. Prices have increased and that is the only reason I don’t give Josie’s 5 stars. Coffee is $3.50. Selections and portions are above average. Would like to see seasonal or weekly specials. I chose the grilled pork chops on this visit. If I’m going to spend almost $20 on breakfast with water for one person I might as well get my money’s worth. Generous portion of meat and potatoes. Felt like one of the few choices priced appropriately.
Came in for Easter. Everything was perfect, love the gluten free bread. Friendly service and fast! My entire family was in and out in 45 minutes with reservation.

Visit # 3, we went today to use our inkind app cash back and to try the gluten free desserts by the Silly Axe Cafe as I have to have GF. The GF pina colada tiramisu was good but a very small portion for $9. We also got the cookies and cream cake slice for $9. Do not get this. It tastes awful. I know the GF desserts can have a different taste and I'm used to it but this was not good. Stay with the pina colada tiramisu.
Visit # 2, was with our kids and they liked the golf.
Visit# 1, First time trying South Seas. It was my husband's birthday today so we wanted something new. Everything was great! Drinks were awesome, a little pricy though. I had the Blue Hawaiian and Miami Vice. My husband had 2 of the beers on tap. Bartender was very knowledgeable. He was great to chat with. Queso and chips app was really good. Husband had the Cali double burger and I had the Duke breakfast.
I ordered a gluten free sandwich. I got the GF bun, but they gave me a fried sandwich I could not eat. They made it right and gave me a grilled sandwich with the lettuce & tomato. I had to wait in the very busy drive through lanes again. I received what was rung up, but when the order taker seemed to know what I meant by gluten-free sandwich, we both assumed we knew what I wanted.
All the staff had exceptional customer service and I know now to say GRILLED chicken.
Chick-fil-A is one of the BEST places to get GF food because they have a dedicated fryer so Celiacs can eat the waffle fries without fear of gluten cross-contamination. AND they have a GF bun. AND the best lemonade around
All of the young adults waiting on us were so polite. They were kind and efficient with all of the cars. I am gluten free and I am never worried about my food here. They keep everything separated. I always check and if there are any issues, they fix it promptly for me.
I have a granddaughter that has celiac's disease and is allergic to gluten but this is the only restaurant she can go to or they'll cook it separate so allergies don't fair up
The only local place I can go with my soy and gluten allergies. Always get the order right, fast and convenient. I appreciate the allergen friendly menu options.
I really enjoyed the food! The service was kind of slow because it was only one waiter for my party of 20! But I appreciated the gluten free options for my friends. I would definitely visit again. Only negative is the bourbon maple syrup had way too much bourbon…if you’re a bourbon person, then you’ll like it. I didn’t it.
Went here and got some seasonal fall items.
They include
- Cookie Butter Frappe (gluten free)
- Reece Pieces Pop tart (gluten free)
Cookie butter frappe was pretty good, it doesn't really remind me of Cookie butter all too much, but by no means was it bad.
The Reece Pieces Poptart was very good. The crust on the pop tart was a bit dry and crumbly, but when you get a bit with the filling it tastes pretty good. The Reece pieces also add a nice subtle crunch in the mix.
Overall my experiences at this location have been fantastic. Service is incredible, the atmosphere is really chill and adds positively to the dining experience. And lastly of course, the food and drinks are noteworthy and are 100% better than any Starbucks coffee or snack.
Eat here now.

Chick-fil-A is always fast, friendly, and oh-so-helpful. I have a very limited diet (gluten, dairy, and egg free) and they always go above and beyond to accommodate my allergy needs. My son begs for Chick-fil-A when asked where he would like to have lunch, and I don't feel as guilty taking him here as I would other "fast food" restaurants because of the healthy options available. The staff is polite and always ready to serve you with a smile. If only all fast food ran so smoothly...
Brad H went above and beyond to ensure my son and I were taken care of. I do apologize there was a female server who was also amazing. She’s in school to become a diesel mechanic and came and chatted with us and we were amazed that she remembered so much.
Between these two, I have no idea how anybody could ever have a negative experience. They paid close attention to my gluten allergy, chatted with us about experiences that we’ve had in the area since moving to Kentucky and even chatted about the fact that my daughter is headed to college soon.
It was genuinely a fantastic experience. Well worth the 90 minute drive.
The food was good, but the pricing seemed a little ridiculous.
$16 for the Southern burger was a lot. Okay, it's "wagyu beef," but once you grind it up, you've lost the benefit of it anyway. And it's got brisket on there, too - which you can't really even taste, competing with all the other flavors.
Add $2 for a gluten free bun. Usually after you're paying a certain amount for your food, they're willing to accommodate you.
Add $4 for "premium sides"? That sounds like a big upcharge. Maybe they're really exciting? No - sweet potato fries are a premium side!
Suddenly this burger is $22, which seems considerably less reasonable.
Seems like you're paying for the idea that it's an "upscale" place, without the benefits that should go with that.
