I had a wonderful experience here last weekend! With Celiac disease it's sometimes hard to find a place that's safe for me to eat, but the server and the manager of Proof On Main both assured me of how seriously they take food allergies. It meant the world for the manager to take the time to speak with us. My meal was delicious and it was even better knowing that they care about food allergy safety! Next time I'm in the city we will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience! Everything we ate and drank needed to be nut free and gluten free due to allergies and our server Vyvian was so understanding about making sure everything we had was safe. She made sure we still had a great dinner and we didn’t feel like we missed out on anything! Delicious food and great experience!
