It’s an American kitchen (best cheeseburger I’ve had in town.. I’m normally a “let’s mess this burger up with toppings and sauces” guy, but the burger here is simple and allows the quality of the beef and flavor of the garlic lemon aioli shine) but we’ve also had entrees with superb Mediterranean and eastern influences.
My flat iron steak was cooked a perfect medium rare as requested, and the smashed fingerling potatoes (which serve as a base for a number of entrees) were velvety smooth inside with a charred crisp exterior.
On a previous visit I was floored by the garlic broccolini that accompanied the veal meatloaf.
An added plus is the menu clearly details vegetarian and gluten free option, with a fair number of each available.
Recommend this place to out of town guests coming to Louisville for one night, and that’s about the highest praise I can give.
