I thank all the staff of Albachiara for allowing us to promise our love again after 25 years... They were very kind and helpful and shared all our wishes... The menu is spectacular and I have to thank my celiac husband....he ate the same dishes with different ingredients...be careful about everything and everything... We had lunch in this excellent restaurant placed in an amazing rural landscape. Staff was kind and knowledgeable, keen to see to any need. The dishes cooked following local traditions were delicious. We requested gluten-free and vegetarian food and the chef managed to arrange the whole menu following our requests. The restaurant allows people with celiac disease to taste a gluten-free version of everthing on the menu, a very special surprise!
