I decided to write this review, something I have never done before, because I was shocked by the poverty, the malice and the arrogance of the reviews of the last few weeks on this pizzeria. I would like to point out that my family and I are long-time customers of the pizzeria which, at various times, has always satisfied us quite a bit; but you know, not all donuts come out with a hole. We were at dinner on the second or third day of the change of management and in fact there was some disservice: slightly long waiting times, ATM and satispay that did not work etc... but the new owner took action, in the only way he could, by offering a discount at the time of payment. I returned after about a week and the management had returned to normal and, having returned with my family for the third time, I must say that the pizzas have nothing to envy the previous ones, in fact, both the normal ones and the gluten-free ones seemed excellent to us. Now my question is this: people who leave such negative reviews full of arrogance, gratuitous malice, arrogance towards those who have just taken over the management of a business, what problems do they have towards their fellow men? I don't think I'm a person who always has everything going well, on the contrary, the exact opposite, but I think a minimum of tolerance would help these people live better. I still have to get something off my chest: I was very sorry to read the response of the previous owners, whom I respect, with a Pontius Pilate-like "we are no longer here". Lastly, best wishes to the new management and, if you continue like this, you will always have me, my family and not only as customers!!!
Pizzeria restaurant of the Associaz. Italiana Celiachia circuit, half an hour from Turin. They make pizza and fresh pasta, also gluten-free. I ate a plate of fresh pasta with calamari and datterini tomatoes, gluten-free, very very good. The SG bread was also amazing. The Sicilian cannoli were also excellent. The only flaw was the environment, with the air conditioning off and very noisy. The staff was very kind. A place definitely recommended for the quality of the raw materials
Great place to have a nice lunch at the foot of the Mole Antonelliana, a very welcoming place full of colors.
We took a "SPICY" Toast and a "CUBAN GLUTEN FREE" with the addition of a portion of chips and 2 cans of water.
Both toasts were really excellent, especially the gluten free one!!
Really good chips, they are not the classic ones you find around in fact I really recommend a portion... Very tasty.
For a total of €21 for 2 people, sitting down for lunch.
We went to this restaurant for a dinner with friends. The wait was quite long — over 30 minutes — but we weren’t in a particular hurry, so it wasn’t a problem. The owner was very friendly and attentive, especially towards one of our celiac guests, who felt welcomed and really appreciated the gluten-free pizza.
Unfortunately, the bad news came with the second course. My husband ordered grilled fish and left me the tentacles, which we thought were octopus. At the first taste, I immediately noticed an unpleasant taste and an unusual consistency, so much so that I suspected that the fish wasn’t fresh. Another person at the table had the same impression.
When my husband reported this to the waiter, the owner promptly intervened, explaining that it was actually squid and that the taste was due to its natural intensity. Having said that, she left without leaving room for a reply or further explanation.
I was sincerely surprised by this attitude. I know the taste of calamari well and what I tasted did not seem normal to me, neither in taste nor in consistency. A little more openness to comparison would have been enough to avoid this unpleasant epilogue.
A shame, because the place has potential - courteous service, attention to intolerances - but the way in which this situation was handled left a sense of disappointment.
Gastronomy full of gluten-free options with typical Piedmontese dishes! The staff is super competent and the dishes are delicious that you don't notice that they are gluten-free and the quality is excellent! I will definitely be back!
Very varied gluten-free breakfast with croissants, pain au chocolat, single portions, friendly and very helpful staff also in explaining the desserts on display. Small place but with several seats.

Right on the lake, you'll find a wonderful, cozy atmosphere. The food is exceptionally good. They offer gluten-free pizza and pasta. The servers are very friendly, relaxed, and communicative! A very pleasant atmosphere with excellent food!
Very good Italian restaurant with specialised food from Puglia and Piemonte. They have a lot of glutenfree options for lunch and dinner. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they speak really good English. I definitely recommend this restaurant if you want to eat different dishes instead of pizza, which they don't.

Nice restaurant, we sat outside, with very good service.
We came because of the very good reviews for the gluten-free pizza and were not disappointed. I would even say it was one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, if not the best. The crust looks substantial, but it's fluffy, soft, and not at all filling, rather airy, perfect for a hot day. I would really like the recipe ❤️
My husband had the vitello tonnato, and that was also delicious 😋
For all those who suffer from celiac disease and are still looking for the perfect pizza, you'll find it here. Only the pizza is gluten-free, not the pasta. Just a little info.
I thank all the staff of Albachiara for allowing us to promise our love again after 25 years... They were very kind and helpful and shared all our wishes...
The menu is spectacular and I have to thank my celiac husband....he ate the same dishes with different ingredients...be careful about everything and everything...
We were happy to have shared my anniversary with you😘

Chosen for gluten-free pizza, it offers a rich menu with and without gluten. Excellent plans in both versions. Gluten-free montanarine available, a rare and unique item in Piedmont and Lombardy. V
We stopped at the restaurant for dinner because it offers gluten free options in the menu. We had a very nice experience, the quality and price of the food is excellent and the owners were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
A huge thank you to Louana, for her time, her patience and her care with the explanations. Staff with very good English and great friendliness. Interesting dishes with a wide choice for vegetarians, vegans and gluten intolerants.
They offer 20% off if you come back a second time.
My best meal in Italy so far - local, authentic and absolutely delicious. I’m also gluten free and there were so many options. Thank you for a great experience. Definitely would recommend. MOLTO BENE!
Of course, celiacs often suffer not only from the limited choice of products they find, but if you also add the inconvenience of mediocre, slow, unenthusiastic service with tastes that are a bit bland, pasty and dry, it becomes a tragedy!
Often with the excuse of "gluten-free" the prices just rise!
you can't charge €4.70 for two coffees and a croissant (not even good!).
I entered the gluten-free pastry shop at 8:45 in the morning and they already had no more croissants... I took the only two things left... 2 sheets of pastry so thin that they didn't even fill me up... almost 5 euros.
When I got home I had breakfast but the sheets were old and the apples were sour.
I prefer to go a few more km but with 5 euros I can take home at least 4 croissants and they are also good.
To top it all off, the lack of courtesy has always characterized this place (found in multiple passages)
I had already purchased a single-portion dessert once at a pastry shop for my celiac mother. I returned to purchase a 500 gram panettone and was offered a traditional one, probably the last one to be discarded. I didn't notice the expiration date of the 30th. /12, nor the fact that it was a bit too 'brown'. The result was that it made a bad impression. A mass of dry, inedible dough. Not even being able to dip in milk for breakfast, it ended up straight in the waste. I understand that I am not a continuous customer, but I don't think I deserve the waste.
Fantastic! They have vegan options for burgers, smashed, mayo, cheddar... amazing that we have them and also delicious! Also gluten-free bread. The quality of the ingredients is evident. Only thing there was not a single fan inside so it was very hot. But for the food they make peace!!
We had lunch in this place, there is a wide choice for celiacs and for those who don't want to eat the usual hamburger sandwich.
As a celiac I really appreciated the gluten-free chips, excellent value for money.

Excellent pizzeria with a splendid view from above on the lake.
Availability of gluten-free pizza and lactose-free mozzarella
REVIEW ONLY RELEVANT TO GLUTEN FREE. Reported as a gluten free place, two miserable desserts on display, only tasted the chocolate brownie, very expensive, very greasy and disgusting.

Imagine the last nine years as a celiac... then one day you come in here and discover that you can eat practically anything... well, this is happiness too!!! Pastry show!!!! ❤️
Courteous and efficient table staff. Clean and welcoming place. My gluten-free pizza was good, the other traditional ones were good. The service was quite fast despite the amount of people at the tables. Ample parking. Prices normal.

I booked a table for 2 for tonight, which is Friday. I asked if gluten free pasta was available as reported on the website: they answered that on weekends they do not cook it. We booked anyway. We arrived on time and saw 2 guests leaving a table for 4 persons in the veranda; as soon as we were attended by the owner, she spoke to us very rudely offering a table inside. The guests kindly offered their table but she insisted that she didn’t want to give that table to us. It was 9pm, the table had no reservation and could have been split in two. In order to calm her bad temper, I pointed out that we had a reservation. She persisted to make us sit in a table inside. In front of such unkindness we decided to leave. She could have talked to us in a completely different way and persuade us to stay, but she decided to lose two clients.

Manu is fantastic, always available and finally a healthy gluten-free bread, fresh without preservatives, above all with a wide choice and always delicious. Plus fresh croissants, pizzas, scones... in short, a paradise for celiacs
We ate here with my family and it was really good, lots of gluten free things on the menu. Everything was nice and the buckwheat canelloni with spinach were really delicious
In a strategic position for a visit to the Costigliole castle we had breakfast while waiting for the opening, the cappuccino was excellent and not the usual croissants but large and small soft pastries. Obviously we returned for lunch after asking some locals for some guidance. We ate well, local cuisine was excellent and the service was attentive and very courteous. It is very important for my wife who has intolerance problems to know that the place is recommended for those with celiac disease problems, but they also pay a lot of attention to other problems. What can I say about the wine, wide choice and excellent quality. Worth a visit, I forgot it's not expensive.
Very good American breakfast
Excellent pancakes with maple syrup. A little less good in gluten-free pancakes which are compact and dry, certainly with room for improvement.
The tea frog is notable.
Overall 4 stars.
We have been twice and it has never disappointed us! Excellent cuisine and young and very kind staff. Also very equipped for gluten-free.
We recommended it to all our Turin friends who didn't know it yet.
Restaurant with a good gourmet spirit without abandoning traditions and territoriality. Menu for every type of lunch or dinner and for ceremonies, intolerant or celiac do not be afraid, they are attentive to everything. Good work, keep it up!!!

Excellent food and typical home cooking, all very good. Variety of dishes and appetizers to my pleasant surprise I also found TOP gluten-free products!! If you pass through these parts I recommend stopping to eat
The Lea aperitif is now a fixed and very pleasant stop for us in Turin when we travel along the Airasca-Moretta cycle path. The guys at Lea are really very kind and helpful and attentive to those who have celiac disease like me. The cutting boards are plentiful and of good quality. The outdoor area is located next to some games for children so you can really enjoy a bit of relaxation at the table while the children play and run around. Sincere congratulations!
Fantastic vegan restaurant/cafe in the heart of historic Turin just a couple of minutes walk from the Cathedral. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table it was very busy especially with it being Christmas time.
Decent gluten free options but maybe a bit limited. I had 2 sides instead of a main course. Russian salad and mushrooms both were delicious. The portions are very light and most come with a small number of roasted potato wedges. The pizza is very thick more like a topped focaccia. The vegan hot dog (not gf) is Beyond meat as is the burger and my son thought it was amazing!
Portions seemed small but we all left very full and managed dessert. They offer a gluten free tiramisu and Pistacchietto which was delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful and double checked our gluten free orders were correct. Cross contamination aware with everything wiped down and gf dishes prepared separately. Coeliac friendly.
Horrible gluten free pizza, dough not leavened at all, ingredients the mushrooms were canned and not fresh at all, mozzarella not very melted, 4 olives in a cross like Taggiasca, a thin layer of artichoke and the ham all chopped up, a capricious pizza paying 13.50 is a steal, at least I expect good quality ingredients..... nothing to do with the to dream. Big fail
