we tried the gluten-free pastries, both dry and fresh. we got some fresh pastries like bonet and cheesecake, and they were very good. in the dry part, such as coconut, pistachio and salted caramel biscuits, the pastry was very crumbly and tasty, but the chocolate dominated the pistachio, coconut and caramel. the white chocolate and lavender biscuits are super recommended, an explosion of taste!
