Horrible gluten free pizza, dough not leavened at all, ingredients the mushrooms were canned and not fresh at all, mozzarella not very melted, 4 olives in a cross like Taggiasca, a thin layer of artichoke and the ham all chopped up, a capricious pizza paying 13.50 is a steal, at least I expect good quality ingredients..... nothing to do with the to dream. Big fail

Their gluten-free marinara (available with the rest of the gluten-free menu ONLY at the Lingotto commercial mall, because there's another Rossopomodoro spot at the Porta Nuova train station, but it doesn't offer gluten-free dishes) was nothing short of amazing. I even did some bread-dipping in the sauce using the pizza borders. You can tell that they used fresh products.

In the past (2022-2023) gluten free pizza was super. Today it has significantly worsened but not bad, let's say passable but as long as it stays like this I doubt we will return. But have you changed the type of gluten free flour? The one today is so-so, go back to the one before which was excellent. Otherwise the place is very nice and the staff friendly.
