I don't like having to write this but after several requests I feel obligated We have ordered an HDP and another gluten-free burger, in the specifications or notes I always write the same thing, that please make the meat very very well done and that the burger is gluten-free, and I have never had the pleasure of eating the burger to the point I wanted, I squeezed it and blood came out and I am not capable of eating something like that. Besides, the gluten-free burger was a grilled chicken without cheese and with gluten-free bread and the only thing I received was a piece of chicken with gluten-free bread (quite hard too), without tomato and without lettuce or anything else. The customer service is wonderful, great treatment, even under pressure they have been very friendly, my only complaint is the one above, otherwise it has been a very good service, all the remaining chicken burgers were good. Thank you

I have celiac disease and when I told the waiter he explained everything to me, including that with the burger they would put nachos instead of potatoes because the potatoes can become contaminated. Finally everything felt great to me!

Everything is great and they have a gluten-free option!
