We loved it, it looked very good and had good reviews and we decided to book. IMPORTANT THAT YOU MAKE A RESERVATION. The burgers are very very good, the treatment from the staff is IMPECCABLE from the boy who made the reservation for us, the girls who served us... all super attentive to whether everything was good, very quick to take orders, the interior very well kept, very clean, we will come again every time we come. I recommend it 100%. AND THE BEST THING FOR ME THEY HAVE A MENU ADAPTED TO 90% GLUTEN FREE. You can order any burger...the fries are gluten-free... The only downside is that they didn't have a gluten-free dessert but I will repeat to try it hehe.

Almost everything gluten-free, I recommend celiacs and intolerants. Too bad they are a little slow in service. The ones on c/ del Teatro in Alicante are faster, but the place on Pau5 is prettier

We went at the beginning of the year, the service was not very attentive. Inside the premises there was a strong draft. The menu does not list allergens and they do not have any gluten-free starters, which in my opinion is not very adapted. The food is good and the place has a nice decoration.

Quite a few people suggested I try Bully Burger's burgers, I had very high expectations and without a doubt, they were right, one of the best burgers I've ever had. They also have something that I love and that is the variety and flexibility, they continually adapt to the client whether they are carnivorous, vegetarian, celiac... Yesterday I went for dinner and the culinary experience was excellent, the treatment and the place were excellent like every time I go. Except for an altercation with some customers who gave the show for free since the venue's staff treated them with all the kindness that characterizes them. These clients were bringing a child with allergies to EVERYTHING they said. They were provided with the allergen letter but it seems that it was not worth it. The fact is that I don't understand how you can go through life like this. I have a child with celiac disease and I didn't have any problems. A 10 out of 10 for how the type and politeness shown by both the employees and the owner of the establishment endured.

I don't like having to write this but after several requests I feel obligated We have ordered an HDP and another gluten-free burger, in the specifications or notes I always write the same thing, that please make the meat very very well done and that the burger is gluten-free, and I have never had the pleasure of eating the burger to the point I wanted, I squeezed it and blood came out and I am not capable of eating something like that. Besides, the gluten-free burger was a grilled chicken without cheese and with gluten-free bread and the only thing I received was a piece of chicken with gluten-free bread (quite hard too), without tomato and without lettuce or anything else. The customer service is wonderful, great treatment, even under pressure they have been very friendly, my only complaint is the one above, otherwise it has been a very good service, all the remaining chicken burgers were good.
