LOVED IT! All the chefs were so fun and of course made such a great sushi selection for us. And it was all gluten free! I had inquired prior to reserving and they said 95% of the menu is gluten free. They were very accommodating and double checked everything was safe for us. We had the Mizu Omakase and the panna cotta dessert. Everything was perfect and we can’t wait to return. Parking is a bummer- $25 valet for the hotel. We will try to arrive earlier to figure out a better situation next time.
