Amazing place, one of my favorite restaurants. The food is linked to tradition but also refined with excellent quality products. The entire environment and the table are treated in detail. Yet it is not a snobbish place. You feel at home but spoiled, chic and familiar at the same time. The staff is very professional and for celiacs there is a lot of really tasty gluten-free choice. One of the few places I can't find a flaw in.

As a parmesan I can say that it is the best restaurant in Parma and the province I have tried so far. Perfect union between refined dishes and traditional flavours. Very good cured meats, which is no longer a given in Parma restaurants. Very attentive and helpful service, even towards my gluten-intolerant partner. Beautiful experience.
