We were there for lunch on a weekday, basically a 'luxury' company canteen, i.e. everything well organized and good food, self-service and very cheap prices. We went there because it also offers the possibility of eating gluten-free.

You are greeted with a smile. The staff is kind and polite. The fast service. They are attentive to the customer's needs, to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday they made every effort to prepare a gluten-free cake. The pizza is good. Positive note for the gluten-free, wide choice, I tried the SG pizza, it has a really light dough, the base is good and crunchy at the right point, it's not soggy and doesn't have a lot of flour underneath as often happens... The mixed fried food sg is good, it's not greasy, it's crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. My family and I were satisfied and we will definitely be back.

Positive family experience. Cozy and well furnished place. Typical foods from Emilian cuisine and beyond. I recommend the tasting platter if you want to taste local foods. Really friendly staff. The only flaw they didn't even have a biscuit or some gluten free bread, shame!

Place in an excellent location, modern and well-kept, a little small in space. Spectacular pan pizza and friendly staff. Prices are average and the service in general is appreciated, which differs from other pizzerias/restaurants (professionalism of those in charge of table service, the house appetizer, the TV that shows how the pizzas are prepared). Gluten free pizza is also offered.

One of the best food experience of my entire life ❤️❤️❤️ as Hygienist and vegan my standards are really high but the quality, research and preparation of the food here it's absolutely top notch 🪄 all without gluten, butter and even no sugar in the desserts and they are out of this world. We spent a Sunday lunch for a baptism and had a great time. The restaurant is large and very bright, the service very welcoming and prepared even for those with celiac disease. Home of parmesan cheese, inside the restaurant there is an area dedicated to Christmas packages full of tempting delicacies.

As a parmesan I can say that it is the best restaurant in Parma and the province I have tried so far. Perfect union between refined dishes and traditional flavours. Very good cured meats, which is no longer a given in Parma restaurants. Very attentive and helpful service, even towards my gluten-intolerant partner. Beautiful experience.

Excellent restaurant just outside the center of Parma. Very good food and very kind service. Perfect place for GLUTEN FREE and very helpful about it. On this occasion they also offered us a sparkling wine with welcome salami and a small dessert with peanut chocolate and candied oranges with chocolate, all gluten-free. The only small flaw (obviously subjective in this case), the environment is a bit cold, everything is very much in the shade of grey.

Fridge products such as tiramisu, single portion cheesecakes, frozen margherita pizzas, fresh pasta and products from outside the fridge such as chocolate tarts and biscuits, excellent for breakfast. Advised The pizza is excellent, it becomes nice and crunchy in the oven and if you make it as you want it has nothing to send to the other pizzas as often happens in company.. The two single portions of cheesecake and tiramisu were excellent I'll come back

Small but very welcoming inn. The young owners make you feel at home. There is no point in commenting on the cured meats and cheeses which are amazing. Note of merit for the attention to intolerances (two gluten-free first courses). If you are in the area, don't miss this experience, but make a reservation. Highly recommended!

Great meal in a cute space. Our friend needs gluten free pasta and it’s not so easy to find in Parma. This place had it. And it was really really good. I had lamb chops and they were delicious. Good service and nice wine.
