Definitely the best pizzeria in the region for gluten-free. Many options including vegetarian and vegan, also in the gluten-free version, so really inclusive.
Their “ricotta in campagna” pizza is sensational as is, when in season, the one with the rose of Gorizia. Even when asked to replace ingredients, the staff gives advice, but satisfies the requests with kindness.
Maybe I would just increase the variety of gluten-free desserts. Reasonable prices.
