The place is beautiful, modern, well furnished and clean. The service is quick and very courteous. The pastry shop is exquisite, with a very wide choice and includes various "without-without" options (lactose-free and gluten-free). The location near Bellinzona station is very convenient. The value for money is good, although the prices are rather on the high end.
