The staff is very friendly, and the whole team is welcoming. Many thanks to Sonja, the boss, who is not only super nice, but also friendly. Her passion for her profession is felt in each pastry she offers. At the moment, I'm particularly a fan of apricot tartlets accompanied by a scoop of ice cream: a real treat! I stumbled upon this magical bakery tucked away in a neighborhood above Lucerne while traveling on vacation with my husband. This was the BEST gluten free bread (artisan) I have ever tasted in my life, and possibly the best bread, period, that I have ever had. Esther, the lovely woman who runs the shop, is an angel. She made my day and was so kind to me. I will never forget your kindness to me and how amazing this bread was. Sending my best wishes to you and your bakery, Esther! Gluten-free carrot cake is amazing! It's so delicious and satisfying. I love how moist and flavorful it is, with just the right amount of sweetness. The texture is perfect too, not too dense or crumbly. It's definitely one of the best gluten-free cakes I've ever had. Highly recommend trying it if you're a carrot cake lover!
