We had gluten-free brunch today and were more than happy :)
The baked goods were all incredibly tasty and not at all dry, as is often the case with “typical gluten-free”, there was a huge selection: from various plaits, breads, rolls, warm dishes, granola... and everything was very elaborately prepared. My friend, who doesn't have celiac disease and came with me, also enjoyed everything and was thrilled with how lovingly everything was prepared in detail. We came all the way from Zurich and would do it again at any time:)
