Gluten free brownies and other treats. So good 👍 good

This is after several times ordering disappointing custom cakes from this location, so this review isn’t made out of impulse. This last cake was ordered for a birthday- Paid a pretty penny because it was gluten free and custom. We got it and…this is what we paid all this money for. The icing was lumpy and grainy, and the jam in the middle layer (cost $22 extra) was just a blob in the center. Again, this is not the first time we’ve had a disappointing experience, but it’s worth sharing. If the star of the night is going to be a nice cake from a local bakery, please choose wisely!!!!!! Edit: My fiancé purchased this cake for a birthday. It is under their name. It does not make the review any less relevant then if they had written the review themselves.
