We chose Ristorante Alex for a dinner with colleagues and the experience was excellent from every point of view.
Located right in the center, the restaurant stands out for its relaxing and refined atmosphere, and an elegant and very well-kept environment, with spacious and well-organized interiors, and outdoor tables perfect for summer evenings.
The menu is varied and well-structured, with both seafood and meat options, including options for celiacs.
The real strength of the restaurant is the attention to the raw materials, the fish is undoubtedly very fresh and is enhanced by careful preparations and elegant plating, respecting and enhancing the authentic flavor of the ingredients.
We started with a mixed seafood appetizer and a selection of raw fish, accompanied by various sauces and flavored salts that enhanced the taste. As a first course, the lemon tagliolini with scampi tartare, shrimp and stracciatella was simply exquisite. The Catalan-style octopus was also excellent, tender and well-seasoned.
We finished with desserts that were a pleasant surprise, memorable both for the presentation and the taste.
The staff was courteous, attentive and always available, guaranteeing an impeccable service.
The quality-price ratio was also excellent, fully justified by the quality of the raw materials and the attention to every detail. I will return with great pleasure
