Alfreda

I went to Alfreda looking forward to a pizza and salad. The Alfreda signature salad has great texture, good mix of greens, bright with a significant amount of what tasted like vinegar. The gluten-free pizza is very flat. In reality I’ll remember their pizzas are more on the flatbread spectrum than pizza. Cheese and flavors are great, but not really much of a crispy or chewy crust. Just flat. Not what I was looking for but it’s always a gamble when trying a new restaurant offering gluten-free crusts. Service was great, very casual atmosphere, and convenient location.

My friends and I love dining at Alfreda. The pizza is absolutely delicious, and the employees are gems! I have tried both the regular and the gluten-free crust pizzas. Both are excellent. The regular crust pizza is light, airy, and perfectly balanced. The gluten-free crust pizza is also great, and as a bonus feature, it makes me feel less guilty about how much pizza I eat when I order it! I highly recommend ordering the chopped salad too. It is always super fresh. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the fact that the service is top notch. All of the people working at Alfreda that we have met are truly lovely, and they make dining there a warm and inviting experience. The bottom line is that if you a smart, you will head to Alfreda immediately!
