Cannot believe this place has only been open 20 days. The food and service were excellent - every dish had nuanced and thoughtful flavors. The cocktails were balanced with interest. We had two different tasting menus - highlights: Galbi - somehow melt in your mouth tender Shrimp dumplings - awesome and gluten free - the acid in the sauce with the herbs reminded me of being in Thailand Sea bass - so lite and finessed - the flavors were excellent Cocktails: Seoul fashioned - not gluten free but my husband thought it was excellent Pho Sho - very interesting, they took the flavors and essence of pho and put it in a dope version of a whisky sour Hue (way) too green - crushable summer cocktail with a little extra intrigue If you’re local to Santa Fe or visiting this place is worth a spot on your must visit list.

So enjoyed this new Vietnamese, Taiwanese, Korean and Pacific Rim innovative restaurant in Santa Fe. Delicious food, excellent service in a comfortable setting. I began with a fantastic Daiquiri (with a twist), followed by a plate of Vietnamese street skewers while my friend had the Vietnamese savory donut with Korean BBQ beef. Both were wonderful, fresh and flavorful. They have an extensive menu with many gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options. Will return soon!
