As someone with Celiac’s Disease, I need gluten free pasta. My favorite cut is ziti/rigatoni. It’s impossible to find gluten free in stores. I could use a big and large corporate online store but the prices are almost double. I’ve been ordering my GF rigatoni and some spaghetti from Alma Gourmet for at least 3 years. I generally get it the next day, like less than 24 hours. Now to be fair, I live within the tristate area. Still it’s well packaged and received quickly. By my standards, I’m very pleased to continue to do business.
