If I could give them 0 stars I would as I was disgusted with my stay and meal at the restaurant part. (Note if you have allergies I would suggest not eating there either as their false advertising of gluten free meals on their menu caused my son to break out in a rash) We stayed on Saturday night and after asking if they could try to put our rooms closer they set us in rooms opposite ends of the hotel, one upstairs and one downstairs but completely opposite ends. I stayed in room 11 and can just say I was disgusted. There was hair left in the bathroom on the floor, there was a dirty half filled bin hidden in the room cupboard. The bedside table was sticky and dirty. I stayed in the room with my 14 month old son who has dust mite allergies and can just say after having to fish a shoe out from under the bed the rooms had clearly not been cleaned properly at all. Under the bed was a lot of dust, a syringe (no needle thank god) and an plastic bottle. When we woke up Sunday morning I noticed the complimentary biscuits had been snacked on during the night by a mouse or something 🤢 Saturday night we had dinner in the restaurant part and again we were so disappointed. We were not given menus except for kids ones and when we sat down. Our 14 month old was given a sticky high chair to sit in too. Upon ordering I said we will be ordering all gluten free options for the baby as he has a wheat allergy so that's what we did but when the food came out and bub started to eat the bread his face started to break out in a rash as it does when he reacts to wheat. Thankfully it's not very sever and bub was grumpy/itchy while we ate and monitored him (after our meal he was given his medication and thankfully the rash disappeared quickly) We asked the waitress to confirm if the bread was in fact gluten free but she didn't even go check just said it would be if that's what we ordered (they had a set Christmas in July menu that most of it was gluten free but clearly not if he's reacting to the bread.) We were also charged full price for a child's meal and they tried to put glass plates and bowls on the highchair tray with the baby. We definitely will not be staying there again nor eating there ever.
