I ordered a gluten-free cutlet sandwich with salad and mayo on Sunday evening by phone. When I opened it at home there was no mayo or salad and the cutlet was half burnt.

Fast food, not really fast. Very slow service and understaffed.
Definitely overrated, the quality doesn't change much from McDonald's, but at least they are fast there.
I wouldn't go back.
Totally gluten-free menu available, with the possibility of hamburgers (appreciated by yours truly)
