Micah, the proprietor is an amazing human being who goes above and beyond in terms of organic food quality, community service, sustainability,and during summer months, even providing organic, local celery for the juices. no one in the southwest region can compare with that. her priority first and foremost is providing us with healthy and organic options. Micah originally obtained this place for the purpose of providing ORGANIC and healthy lunches for the taos school district (it is happening). gluten free options exist. staff stellar. closes at 3, so be aware of that. always an excellent soup or sandwich available. a true gift to taos.
