Ancho & Agave is one of my favorite restaurants!
I have celiac disease and therefore have to adhere to a strict gluten free diet and I've never gotten sick at Ancho & Agave.
The tortilla chips are fried in a dedicated gluten free fryer, which is a rare treat (tortilla chips at most Mexican restaurants are cross contaminated with gluten in fryers, making them off limits)!
I always get the steak asada enchiladas and they swap out flour tortillas for corn tortillas, which is the only substitution needed to make the dish gluten free...and it's so, so good!
