Gluten free pasta, pesto and shrimp. My favorite!

I really like Anthony's except for the gluten free pasta, I'm afraid to say the cook does not know how long to cook it, 3 separate times I have received under cooked GF pasta, it's hard. I even requested it be cooked till soft but again it was hard. Not very palatable. Maybe they should take it off the menu.
