Had a delicious dinner at Antonio’s Trattoria in Manasquan. Our daughter has severe Celiac’s where even cross contamination is a big issue, making us skeptical & scared of certain restaurants. The owner Antonio came over to our table & explained in detail the protocols they take in the kitchen as well as the ingredients they use. We were so relieved & comforted by his knowledge in making sure each gluten free meal is prepared properly & according to a gluten free guideline. All breads & pasta are made from scratch & might I add, delicious! I’d also like to add the servers were all well versed on gluten free as well making for an enjoyable meal & put us all at ease. We will definitely be back to Antonio’s beautiful restaurant.
