Aqua Dome

Is the best (wellness) hotel I have ever been to 🤩 The staff are very friendly, very helpful and attentive, but never intrusive! The staff are also very international and most of them have been there for several years, so they are not typical seasonal workers and they speak good to very good German. But you can tell when you talk to them that they enjoy it, they are really happy and cheerful at work and always have a smile on their faces. The rooms are very big, clean and depending on the location you have a great view of the mountains. The food is amazing (I still dream about it 😋🥰), the selection is so enormous, I have never seen such a big buffet, in the morning and in the evening and in the evening there is a buffet as well as the main courses à la carte. You can eat as much as you want. Above all, there is a lot of choice for everyone, whether meat, fish, cheese, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, dessert including ice cream and gummy bears, fruit, salad, bread, cereals, fruit juices,.... But the main courses prepared by the chefs (à la carte) are also simply amazing for us, for us this food is clearly Gault Millau class!!! The spa area is enormous with several baths, saunas, fitness, massage and cosmetic area, children's area (external building where they can let off steam without disturbing other guests), but the best thing is that there are areas reserved just for hotel guests and normal day visitors are not allowed in. Because everything is so big, the number of people is spread out quite well and we therefore really enjoyed the silence during our visits. Massages are definitely recommended. The large massage team offer a huge variety of massages, so there is something for everyone. The hotel also offers daily activities such as hiking, visits to the Swarovski Museum, waterfalls, etc. In the afternoon, there's also a small snack corner in the saloon. The Aqua Dome is quite more expensive than other wellness and spa hotels, but you get a lot for your money, so it's worth investing a bit more. We will definitely go back 🥰

Our experience in this hotel was terrible and it absolutely does not deserve the 4 stars it claims. From the moment we arrived, we had problems: our room was dirty and we had to ask for it to be cleaned immediately. (And it was a suite, one of the best rooms and we didn't pay little) The staff, in addition to being rude and listless, did not speak Italian and did not seem to care at all about our needs. And during breakfast a tall woman insulted my mother for asking her for a spoon. We asked for a fruit plate as soon as we arrived, because we had been offered a welcome dessert, but as I am gluten intolerant and my mother is allergic to lactose, we couldn't eat it. I requested fruit at 3pm and it was only brought to me at 8pm, while we were going to dinner, nonsense! The swimming pools were a real nightmare: they seemed municipal, very crowded and almost everyone was completely naked, except in the area reserved for children. Being with family, we didn't feel comfortable at all. I would never have gotten naked in front of my father and the only swimming pool with swimsuits, the children's one, was so crowded that there wasn't even anywhere to sit. I would never go back and absolutely do not recommend it, especially to families. The experience was a disaster from every point of view!
