Similar vibes to another local restaurant chain but I’d said Aubergine wins out in terms of what you can customize. They can really substitute most things and make it to anyone’s liking. Their specialties menu is delicious! I love the chicken and how they cooked their potatoes. Veggies cooked perfectly. Great portion sizes. Cookies / desserts aren’t for me (I love dairy). 😅 But if you are dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan, they may be a wonderful option!!! Cheese bread bites slap though.
