This was an absolute treat! Dairy free and gluten free options, no sugar but not at all lacking in flavor and deliciousness. I very much recommend this to anyone who wants to eat out but at the same time feel like they spent hours shopping for good ingredients and cooking something delicious.
this place is NOT dedicated gluten free. I don't know what the alleged 'kitchen manager' is think by verifying this but it is not true. I reported to atly, but for anyone unaware please do not go here under the impression it's dedicated
I am a huge fan of Aubergine! Food is always fresh, delicious and healthy. I am gluten intolerant so I appreciate the large variety of GF options as well. If you are looking for a healthy and filling meal, this is the place!
I've been going here for years and the food is great! However, what happened to the Mac n Cheese and what do the letters mean next to each item? I think the Mac n Cheese turned into some non dairy, gluten free concoction. Can't find a key to the lettering on the website or a contact email, for that matter...
I really liked the place it was super cozy. I asked for almond milk since I have a gluten and dairy allergy and she made it with oat milk and then MY COUSIN CAUGHT THE MISTAKE AND THEN SHE changed it to almond milk . I went down to ask for vanilla for flavor and sweetness they gave me vanilla extract and didn't say anything to me . I still liked the place and I would give it a try when I visit again.
The customer service at this place is excellent, and they offer a wide variety of healthy options. They are knowledgeable about celiac disease and take precautions to avoid cross-contamination if you inform them.
We needed a quick food run with gluten free options and we chose Mad Pita because it was highly recommended for GF options. The woman Working the register completely ignored and disregarded multiple attempts to ask about gluten free options and the contents of the rice bowls. When we receive the food, I pointed out that there was something on the bowl that did not look gluten-free and once again inquired, can you tell me the contents of this bowl? She ignored me, handed me the bowl and continued to say “nothings guaranteed.” I had to get on their online menu to find out that there is Boulder wheat in the salad and was not informed of after multiple attempts of asking. I even inquired about the gluten-free menu and she said she knew nothing about that except that they had gluten-free pita bread. This was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The woman completely disregarded any and all concerns. Wasted my $10 and had to throw away the bowl because it contained gluten.
My husband and I had been needing to go out on a long awaited date, and the service and food were wonderful! The waitress we had was always refilling our drinks and was very pleasant. The food was brought out quicker than we expected, and tasted wholesome, which I honestly needed after recovering from being ill most of December. It was a great date for a late lunch. Thanks again!
My husband had the chicken Alfredo, I had the gluten free rotini with meat sauce, and we both enjoyed the zuppa toscacana, which warms the soul after freezing most of the day.
I am celiac, and this is one of my new favorite places. Very cozy/home feeling atmosphere, and the staff is incredible kind and attentive. When I asked to make sure there wouldn’t be any cross contamination, they confirmed for me and were some of the most kind and responsive people to me being nervous about fried things being contaminated. I’ve gotten the marinated chicken bowl and the falafel bowl so far, and have a hard time getting something else now that I know how yummy they are.
Our Server was Gabe, he did an amazing job. I have Celiacs disease and he grabbed the manger to make sure there was no cross contamination to keep me safe. He was extremely funny and helpful. Not the mention the manager on duty was helpful as well. Overall thank you Gabe for the great service!!
Food was decent but the staff seemed to have an attitude problem. I ordered the GF remix bowl due to my gluten allergy but when they served it there were ingredients in the food with gluten that had gotten into the food. When I pointed this out the staff acted very annoyed and treated me like I was the problem. I regret giving a tip, they were not deserving of it.
So glad we checked out this gem of a restaurant! Our resort recommended it. And I read many great reviews! As soon as you enter a warm aroma of the spices greets you! The service was excellent - you can tell they truly care about your enjoyment! I had the Chicken shish kabob (made gluten free). My mom had the havarti chicken shish kabob. My dad had the stuffed eggplant. We also had the sautéed shrimp appetizer which was phenomenal. All of the food was outstanding - the flavors, textures, presentation. We got full and left pleased. If you are in the Moab area, this out this place!
I don’t think the hours listed on google are accurate, as it says it closed at 8pm. We got there at 7:30p. And several folks came in to eat after 8pm. So may want to double check their hours.
I ordered delivery from here and didn’t love it overall. The veggies had too much sauce so I couldn’t even finish them. I’d prefer more fresh steamed or lightly flavored options rather than drenched. The meat wasn’t too flavorful and I didn’t like the cashew sauce. It looks promising and I love the premise since I don’t do dairy or gluten. Will have to give it another try with another dish
I LOVE Santorinis! The food is always fresh, flavorful and reasonably priced for the quality you receive. I have celiac and the staff treat allergies very well and take caution when preparing your food. Everything is clearly marked gluten or dairy free. The staff at this location are very kind and quick. It was a very busy night tonight, but we were still greeted as we walked in the door and the staff were so cheerful! We will be back! :)
We were well served on a busy night. I would definitely recommend calling ahead to make a reservation however. For my Gluten and dairy free friends, don't be fret! Just build your own pasta with gluten free noodles. Then add a dairy free sauce if needed.
Always a fan of the Street Cart Wrap with fries and a side of Pita Strips with hummus. The atmosphere is great with multi-color stencils of Glen Plake on the walls, sports on TV and a multitude of sauces to choose from.
This is a family, vegetarian (salads), and gluten free friendly place to dine in or take out.
Really appreciated the staff. They were very careful with the gluten-free needs and observant of when we needed refills and the next round of soups or salads.
Cool atmosphere, different than your average Cafe. Food was great with nice finishing touches, wraps were pressed like a pannini. Zough sauce is a must have.
Their menu states gluten free, but some of their items are made on shared surfaces. Warning for celiac should be made.
Hadn't been to an, Olive Garden in years and had the best experience here. We all loved our food, and I was so happy they accommodated my gluten allergy with no difficulty.
Our server Chris tonight truly went above and beyond for us and we appreciate her so much! Our nieces were having a hard time deciding what to have for dinner and she was so patient and helpful! It was amazing! Thank you Chris for making our evening so much smoother and being nothing but wonderful!
Oh! And she took my gluten allergy very seriously which I super appreciate! It is incredible to have someone have so much attentiveness about something so serious. Thanks again Chris!
This place is really cute. It's easy to miss on the outside, but it's a lot of fun on the inside. Nice variety on the menu, and they have a lot of items that can be made vegan, veggie, or gluten-free.
They have a choice of wheat, white and gluten free pitas, various options and my favorite is the Greek, you can choose from various toppings and sauces. It is good but expensive at about 8-9 a pita.
I didn’t take a picture cause I ate it too fast! The staff was awesome about my gluten allergy. I haven’t had a gyro in ages and the gluten free pita they have is so good! I love the chicken is shaved so even though it’s not the traditional gyro meat it’s got the same texture and look and the flavors were amazing!
DELICIOUSSS!!! Worth finding !! Super healthy ! Great hospitality :) ! & Equally delicious gluten free options for those interested ! A must try, this was the genuinely the best food I've ever been served, so much so that this is actually the first review ive ever written ! Haha, seriously wish I had this place in my home town, if you go try their special house fry sauce !
After moving from downtown Salt Lake City, to Holladay...I found Layla...fabulous find..great service and fabulous food...a well run restaurant....I try to make it in at least once a week...never have had any problems...and being Celiac...they have been very good to work with a gluten free intolerance....Thank you....
Delicious little Greek restaurant. Service is fairly quick too. Ordered the Lamb Slovakia and lemon potatoes gluten free and it was tasty. However we didn't get any rice but aren't sure if it's because it's not gluten free? And we ordered a Gyro. I can't eat meat and asked them to swap with fries. They thought that was weird but that's how we had it in Greece and it's delicious that way. We got a baklava too. She forgot to bring it out so I went and got it, I think the other guy who helped me thought I was stealing it. Haha. Kind of pricey but you do get a lot of food. We would go again.
Ordered a takeout…noted I was allergic to gluten so no pita or gluten items….still given pita bread….tried to call to find out if it might be gluten free, but despite trying to calling 9 times in a row, always got an answerphone….very poor service.
I love all the food! Sucks some things super yummy aren't gluten free but for the most part the burgers are lettuce wrapped and the good lettuce too! Not that spikey hard to eat kind other places use. Shakes are not dairy free but worth it anyways, super tasty! 😋Love the double blueberry with cheesecake. I've also been kinda obsessed with the fries and fry sauce lately haha. The atmosphere is lovely, super friendly people there very good at their jobs! Especially Coltonn.. i gotta say he's the best most outgoing friendliest hard working employee I've ever seen! Even the first time i came, i was having a bad day and he still was nice and uppity, didn't let me cause his performance to drop even one bit. I am surprised really 🙀
I usually eat every bite! I say it as i see it, so this is saying something I'd say lol 😸😺 thanks! Honestly every time I've come to eat It's always positive experience even during a difficult day and I've never had such an incredible experience with a fast food restaurant before now, THANKS! 🤓
I keep eating faster than i can remember to take a picture of the delicious meals lol, maybe next time hahaha! Also if you started selling the fry sauce in an easy to use container, I'd start buying it.
Update : Jocelyn is 4 days new today and already seems pretty pro, a fun and kind personality she's doing great! Think she'll be a great addition to the American Burger team! 🍔🍟
