It was a healthy option and choice compared to other places to eat in the airport. I ordered a salad with tzatziki sauce for dressing and seasonal hummus. It was gluten-free, with no meat and portobello mushrooms. Bland. The mushrooms had a texture of water logged cooked older mushrooms. Not appealing. The salad otherwise was fine.
I appreciate their labels that specified which items were gluten free, or vegan.
