Super helpful staff and some of the best smoothies in Niagara! Sheridan helped my partner and I find vegan and gluten free options for our quick lunch as they were able to accommodate us not having a reservation.
The food was healthy and fresh, and really delicious! Everything was clearly made from scratch and was well worth the short wait.

Adorable little spot, gluten free options, fresh ingredients, friendly employee (maybe owner). Was a nice light breakfast, which you could add egg to to make it more hearty. Will absoloutley return next time I'm in NOTL
