An ordinary weekday. It's packed. I'm there for the first time. I indicated when booking that I have a gluten-free and lactose-free diet. While we study the menu, the waitress brings gluten-free bread and regular bread with spreads. This appears to be a free service.
My choice of menu was actively considered and consulted with the chef. The food is so delicious that I understand that the restaurant is completely full.
Dessert is also on the agenda. Because they think it's sad that there is nothing on the menu that is suitable for my diet. I think the dessert I get, two scoops of sorbet ice cream with fruit, is a full-fledged dessert and they get a big tip and a big compliment. Cheers!
