What a beautiful restaurant nestled in The Chateau Frontenac. It was a non pretentious, warm environment with atmospheric lighting. Lots to offer with its wide selection of food, especially gluten free. They have gluten-free bread to offer before your meal with butter, which is a plus. Since this option is not so widely offered. Highly recommend.

Watching Luana at the Fairmont chateau Frontenac downtown Quebec the personality, steadfastness and competency is bar none. Rarely have I witnessed someone with such dexterity handle issues and special requests with the kitchen so deftly. (We are gluten-free) She is an amazing lady. I've dined in several countries and Luana rises above and beyond what I've experienced. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU. We will be back.
