BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

We were seated at a table and waited 25 minutes before asking if we could get a waitress. There was an issue with the waitress who was supposed to take our order, but as soon as we said something a different waitress who had just walked in helped us and got our food to us immediately. She was extremely nice and apologetic for the wait time and miscommunication, but was quick to fix it. On top of this there are A LOT of TASTY gluten free options. We will happily come again!

Nayeli D, our waitress, made us feel absolutely at home when we came to BJs on a Friday night. If you've ever worked in the food service industry, you know that peak hours are a total nightmare, and Nayeli was focused, friendly, helpful, and patient. I have Celiac Disease, which means I can't eat gluten, and she was super accommodating and even checked on a couple ingredients she wasn't sure were gluten free! Encountering such a fantastic person made our meal 1000% better :) My wife was having something of a bad day, and a tasty meal with wonderful service cheered her right up. Thanks Nayeli!
