atmosphere is horrible. The managers did not know anything about gluten-free menu. Staff was trained very poorly, and the one manager more worried about his appearance than actually doing his job as there were people hanging out behind the counter and just laughing lack of and lack of communication skills to the girl with the red hair, definitely does not know how to do her job properly stop worrying about the red, die, and clean that up first off your forehead.

I came here for my birthday with a group of friends, and the service was absolutely unacceptable. I called ahead to make a reservation and was informed about the 18% gratuity, which I was completely fine with — it makes sense for groups, so I agreed without hesitation. However, from the moment we arrived, it felt like we weren’t taken seriously at all, and I honestly believe it was because we were a group of teens. I’m gluten-free, which I made clear when ordering. I ordered a chicken sandwich on a gluten-free bun, yet what was brought out was a burger with breaded chicken — something I literally cannot eat. This is not a small mistake; it’s a serious issue. What makes this even more frustrating is that I’ve been here many times before and have never had a problem. I usually have a different server who is wonderful — I wish I knew her name — but unfortunately, that was not the case this time. To make matters worse, one of my friends ordered noodles. After everyone else’s food had already started coming out, about 30 minutes later, she was finally told they were out of noodles and had to choose something else. That level of miscommunication is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. Our server had a consistently rude, dismissive attitude, and on top of that, we waited 30 minutes just for drinks. Being forced to tip 18% after this level of service is outrageous. No attentiveness, no accountability, and no care, especially considering it was my birthday. She definitely made my birthday unforgettable — just not in a good way. I genuinely hope management takes this seriously and holds the server accountable so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.

Jordan was excellent! I have celiac disease and he took my concerns seriously and ensured I had a safe and delicious meal.
