Excellent experience here. Came in for lunch, with Celiac it can be “iffy” but Brodo nails it. They clearly understand the Gluten Free needs and were very helpful with it. Had the Cubano with GF bread. AMAZING. Partner had the soup flight and enjoyed them all. Will definitely go back next time in town.

Due to dietary restrictions, I have to eat gluten free, and Brodo is able to make most of their sandwiches gluten free. The sandwiches are excellent, and the gluten free bread is the best I have ever had (besides my homemade). Most of there soups are also gluten free and very good too.
