I came as part of a large group and we had a buffet style dinner and got our own drinks from a private bar. The barkeep did a fantastic job. The buffet was a little slow getting setup and the staff were hard to find. I didn't enjoy the food and a good deal of jokes were made at the table about how burnt everything tasted. The meat just tasted like ashtray to me. The staff were not sure about the gluten in the buffet when one of our guests asked. Next morning the teams from Texas said they had liked the food but it wasn't a Texas BBQ.
