We are here after reading that they have items that are gluten free. My wife had lasagna and a Caesar salad. I had the back 40 burger with a salad. We shared cheesecake for dessert. I haven't had that good of a burger since I made one myself. The pastrami, caramelized onions, and other toppings blended well with the grilled burger. It was juicy and flavorful. Probably one of the top burgers I've ever had. The salad was good too. Fresh tasting and a very flavorful ranch. This wasn't store bought. My wife said the Caesar salad was the best she has ever had. Very creamy. She also loved the lasagna which she described as a mix between a meat filled and a vegetarian lasagna. For dessert we shared a slice of cheesecake which was also delicious. It had a berry sauce and a thin graham cracker crust. For my burger, the bun was gluten free and held together well. The cheesecake was also gluten free.
The service was friendly, accurate, and always had our glasses full. Even though it seemed busy, our food arrived without a long wait and we didn't have to wait to be seated.
There were only 2 minor complaints. One is that the chairs made my back hurt, but almost all chairs do. The other was that it was noisy there. Not a big deal in my book though. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I also did not get sick from the food so it must have been gluten free.
