we went there twice for the gluten free bagel, the first time they were out (so we bought a very good salmon bagel for one of us) and the second time they closed (very) early (2 pm) we were very disappointed.. EDITED: Third time was a charm ! we all got what we wanted and more, very good !!!

5 months later and I am back in Vietnam. So a visit to Bagel Brothers was a must and this time I got to try a new bagel sandwich. I ordered a BLT on a gluten free bagel and added the special relish. The bacon was a great combination of crispy and soft and the veggies were fresh. The bacon was such a hit that my friend’s 2 year old son kept asking for more of my bacon. I appreciated the gluten free option and really enjoyed it. The staff was also helpful when asked about the different options.
